1. Schedule your pickup

Standard pickup is next-day: book online at /schedule/ or in the app, pick your day, and add a card. Nothing is charged when you book.

Need a pickup today? Same-day is phone-only. Call (773) 436-1994 before 12pm, and a $20 delivery fee replaces the standard $5.

2. Leave it out, we take it from there

Put your laundry in any bags and leave them at the spot you chose at booking: your porch, your lobby, or with your doorman. You do not need to be home.
  • Weighed at our facility — that is when your card is charged: $1.95/lb for exactly what you sent
  • Washed with Aura; hypoallergenic Aura Free & Clear on request
  • Pants folded pockets-in; compact, drawer-ready stacks (the thing our reviews mention most)
  • Sealed in airtight plastic bags for the trip back

3. Back in 24 hours

Your laundry is back within 24 hours of pickup: washed, dried, folded, and sealed. The driver leaves it at the same spot we picked up from, your door, your lobby, or with your doorman, and you get a notification when it is dropped off.

What do I put it in?

Any bag works for your first order: a trash bag, a hamper liner, a duffel. If you want a dedicated bag, the blue canvas Drop & Dash wash & fold bag is $12.99, optional.

What does it cost?

$1.95 per pound with a 25 lb minimum, about two large loads, plus a $5 flat delivery fee that covers pickup and delivery. A minimum order comes to $53.75: 25 lb × $1.95 = $48.75, plus $5. Your first order is $20 off, applied when you book here. Full rates → 

What about special stuff?

Comforters, pillows, bedding, and machine-washable rugs ride along with any pickup; comforters and pillows are priced per item and do not count toward the 25 lb minimum. We do not dry clean. More Info.

Do I need to be home for laundry pickup?
No, you do not need to be home for pickup or delivery. Leave your bags at the spot you chose at booking, your door, your lobby, or with your doorman, and the driver takes it from there. Delivery works the same way: your folded order comes back to that same spot.
Your card is charged when your laundry is weighed at our facility, before washing, never at booking. You add a card when you schedule, and the charge is $1.95 per pound of the recorded weight.
Every order is weighed at our facility when it arrives, and the weight is recorded on your order. You pay $1.95 per pound for exactly what the scale shows, and the weigh-in is the moment your card is charged.
A missed pickup carries a $15 fee, and you can cancel or change any pickup free up to 4 hours before your scheduled window. If you get charged the fee and then rebook, the $15 comes back as a credit on your next order.
Yes, you can set a recurring pickup and we come back automatically every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks, whichever matches how fast your hamper fills. Manage it in the app or call (773) 436-1994.
Nothing changes on holidays: we are open every day of the year. Pickups and deliveries run 7 days a week, holidays included, so your laundry day never moves.
Yes, you can skip any week free as long as you cancel or change that pickup at least 4 hours before your scheduled window. Inside 4 hours the $15 missed-pickup fee applies, and it comes back as a credit on your next order if you rebook. On a recurring schedule it is even easier: there is a skip button in the app, so you can pass on any week in one tap.
In the unlikely event an item is damaged or lost, we make it right. The claims process is covered in our service terms, and our team handles it directly, just reply to your order confirmation or call us.
