What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 25 pounds, about two large loads. Comforters and pillows are priced per item and do not count toward the minimum.
What do I put my laundry in?
Any bag works. If you want ours, the blue canvas Drop & Dash wash & fold bag is an optional $12.99. Leave your laundry where you tell us in the order notes; you do not need to be home.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged after your laundry is weighed at our facility, never at booking. You are not charged now. Your card is billed at $1.95/lb after weigh-in, 25 lb minimum, plus the flat $5 delivery fee.
